My home base. Anchored by Woodfield Mall and the Village's business corridor, Schaumburg pairs top-rated District 54 and Township 211 schools with mature subdivisions, newer construction, and quick access to I-90 and the Metra at Schaumburg station.
Established · Community
Two mature northwest-suburban villages with tree-lined streets, strong schools, and a wide range of price points. Downtown Palatine's walkable core sits right on the UP-Northwest Metra line, while Hoffman Estates offers easy tollway access and the Sears Centre / NOW Arena corridor.
Luxury · Acreage
One of Chicagoland's most established luxury enclaves. Inverness is defined by one-acre-minimum zoning and custom estates; Barrington adds a historic downtown, District 220 schools, and equestrian properties across the surrounding countryside.
Vibrant · Walkable
A downtown that actually feels like one - independent restaurants, the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre, and a Metra station a block from the action. Housing ranges from classic mid-century homes on quiet blocks to new-construction townhomes steps from the train.
